When it comes to fitness the boring stuff usually works best. The longer I’ve worked in the fitness industry the more apparent this unpopular truth has become.

It’s not exciting. It’s not novel. It’s not entertaining. Yet the boring stuff, repeated consistently, remains our best path to a leaner, fitter and stronger body (which, lets not forget, is why most of us embark on a fitness journey in the first place!)
