Keeping Your Bones Stronger Than Concrete

I’ve just learnt that pound for pound, human bones are stronger than concrete.

That’s pretty cool right!

And the best way to maintain that structural strength as you get older?

Resistance training.

There is no good reason not to. It doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to take up much time. It doesn’t require loads of equipment. Heck, it doesn’t even have to be fun!
