Countless books and programs.
All with a new hook, angle or method which claims to revolutionise the weight loss process.
All with a glowing collection of testimonials.
The one thing they all have in common… some form of hidden calorie reduction.
Low carb, low fat, eliminations, detoxes, shakes, scoring systems, the list goes on.
All provide a basic set of rules which deliberately or inadvertently lead to a reduction in overall energy intake (and to be fair… sometimes an improvement in food quality too)
If a particular formula works for you… great.
But realise the reason for your success is probably because you are simply eating less.
