There are things you can control such as your food choices, your exercise choices and your sleeping habits.

And there are things you can’t control such as your genetics, your bone structure, your age, your muscle attachments, your limb lengths and your propensity to store fat or gain muscle.

Too many people spend too much time obsessing about the things they can’t control - there is no satisfaction to be found there!

Instead focus your energy on optimising all the things you can control. Your habits, your behaviours, your routines.

That’s where the real rewards can be found.
