I’ve wasted so much of my life overthinking fitness training.
Which exercises should I do? How many reps? How many sets? How often?
Looking back most of it was completely pointless.

Find a way of exercising which ensures you never miss a workout.
Because the greatest training plan in the world is absolutely useless if you never do it.
