As a bang-for-your-buck exercise few things can compete. The addition of a hill turbo-charges the strength and cardiovascular demands of this great exercise. Performance is simple. Run or sprint up a gradient, hill or slope before slowly walking back down and repeating for the desired number of rounds. The further you go, the steeper the slope and the faster your run the harder this gruelling exercise becomes!
