Ingredients (Serves 1)
180g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
10g smooth peanut or almond butter
50g fresh raspberries
20g fresh blueberries
15g dark chocolate, melted and left to cool
2g flaked almonds or unsweetened coconut flakes

Per serving: 264 calories, 22g protein, 17g carbs, 12g fat
Preparation
Place the yoghurt in a bowl
Add the nut butter and stir well
Add 30g raspberries and mash well
Add the blueberries and remaining raspberries to the base of a jar or dessert glass
Add the yoghurt
Top with the melted chocolate
Sprinkle the coconut or almonds over the top
Freeze for 10 minutes, until the chocolate has set (optional)
