Snickers Overnight Oats

Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 50g oats (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 140ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 20g crunchy peanut butter

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsps maple syrup

  • 10g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), grated

To Garnish:

  • 10g salted peanuts

Nutrition Info

  • Per serving: 569 calories, 25g fat, 52g carbs, 34g protein

Preparation Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a sealable container

  • Reserve a small amount of grated chocolate for the topping

  • Mix well. Seal the container and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight

  • Mix well and add more milk if required, to achieve desired consistency

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the peanuts and remaining dark chocolate

  • Serve

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days
