Ingredients List (Serves 1)
50g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
140ml unsweetened almond milk
20g crunchy peanut butter
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsps maple syrup
10g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), grated
To Garnish:
10g salted peanuts

Preparation Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a sealable container
Reserve a small amount of grated chocolate for the topping
Mix well. Seal the container and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight
Mix well and add more milk if required, to achieve desired consistency
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the peanuts and remaining dark chocolate
Serve
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days
