Taking some deep breaths positively alters your states of mind, calms your nervous system, oxygenates your blood, energises your brain and rids your body of mental and physical waste.

So whenever you feel overwhelmed, drowsy or anxious.

Stop.

Take some deep breaths.

Pay attention to all the positive sensations as they sweep over your body.

Then when you are ready… carry on.
