Many people overestimate how much hard exercise they actually need.
More and more does not equal better and better.

The Nuclear Workout - Destroy your muscles with loads of exercises, loads of sets, loads of reps and the maximum tolerable dose of hard work.
Both approaches can stimulate a positive improvement in fitness.
But only one saves you time, conserves your energy and minimises wear and tear!

That's fine.
