In reality 99% of us will be able to derive all the benefits we want from exercise and nutrition by simply focusing on a few key areas:
Doing some sort of safe, intense and progressive training
Not sitting on the couch all day
Eating (mostly) real foods in quantities which match our goals
Getting plenty of sleep, rest and recovery
That’s it.
Obsessing over the minutiae is rarely important if you consistently apply these fundamentals.
